Feudal landlord estate economy is one economic model of the economy of China's feudal landowners. It is the possession of land exceeding a certain limit and resulting that the feudal landlords can not take the general employment business, either the general traditional rental business model. It's a specific management model for feudal landlord.Qixia Moushi feudal landlord family is one future generation branch of the ancient four Qixia prominent families. Their ancestor Guolong Mou was first an official in the Imperial palace, and was fired later, then his outlook on life and value had a lot of changes and switched to pursue wealth. With this ideological transformation, Mou's descendants started to accumulate wealth difficultly to be a thriftily family, and the family business was really something by Molin Mou, the V descendant.
