Research On The Pension Trust Security System Of China

The aging of the population is the development trend of the world’s population. It’s an important condition that our country faces. Pension problem has become one of the most serious challenges of China in twenty-first Century. Facing the rapid growth of the pension needs, it becomes particularly important for how to build a "sense of security" old-age security system.But the current old-age security in China is still at a low level with limited coverage, lack of capital and other problems. Since the traditional family pension mode has been gradually reduced, the elders need to take their own lives.The first chapter of this paper analyses the serious situation of aging in our country. The second chapter analyzes the necessity of the establishment of one pension trust system. First, the deficiencies of the existing civil, administrative and legal system of our country in the property management system are analyzed; secondly, the defect of our existing aging property management system is analyzed; then, concludes the necessity to set up the pension trust system basing on the analysis. In the third chapter, through the analysis and comparison of American, Japan and Taiwan area, paves the way for the following system reference. In the fourth chapter, through the comparison of the social hot spot "house-for-pension scheme" and pension trust system, resolves the superiority of the pension trust. The fifth chapter, on the basis of analysis of the pension trust should adhere to the concept and the corresponding ancillary facilities, tries to build the pension trust system into the pension system.This paper attempts to discuss the unique value of social trust system in aging, which can make development of society in the aged, but also for the elderly to meet the needs of real life, realize the organic unity of social benefit and economic benefit.
