TV shopping industry has broad prospects in the modern commercial society. Nevertheless,it’s unfair competition has been complained by the market practitioners.Unfair competition have led out-of-order and limited development to TV shopping industry.Meanwhile, TV shopping has some different characteristics of improper contend in comparison with traditional one’s.Consequently, this study in order to make better comprehension of unfair competition in TV shopping and further restriction to those malfeasances.Thus, this study has far-reaching significance.After broad referring to the relevant literatures,I found that there were no systemic studies in comprehension of unfair competition and Legal regulation in my country. Based on the analysis of the television shopping industry and unfair competition in all different commercial market, this study has focused on the new model and put forward China’s "Law Against Unfair Competition" to modify and improve the recommendations by learning from foreign advanced legal system. The study is divided into five parts:The first part discusses the background and status of this study and summarizes the research results, which provides the theoretical basis. The second part is related to TV shopping and unfair competition theory. It analyzes advantages and the difficulties faced by the industry, completes the upholstery to as follows.The third part reveals the TV shopping industry changes and emerging forms of unfair competition. The fourth part analyzes the causes and current situation based on the existing laws in the legislative, judicial, law enforcement and other aspects of the existence of applicable inadequacies, such as lack of general provisions applicable, limited scope, flawed and insufficient supervision and law enforcement. The fifth part is the key chapter. The region will borrow the advanced experiences from advanced countries and regions, the study has raised recommendations. For example, increase the types listed in the General Terms and enumerated types. Expand the range of subject behavior and the subject of litigation. Improving the legal system itself and supervision of law enforcement. Improve the "Law Against Unfair Competition" regulation of television shopping.
