Since2007China’s first P2P lending platform established, P2P Lending rapid expansion. Its ease the domestic small and micro-enterprises, individual businesses and personal business, consumer financing difficulties and so to some extent, but also provides a new platform for investors. This is a huge potential risks exist, but at the same time, in our country because of its identity blurred, the absence of legal supervision and internal management is not standardized. This innovative model for private finance, government and regulatory law is very urgent. Through Fact P2P Lending elaborate legal nature of its business model and thus analyze the risks, combined with Europe and other countries in the P2P Lending-based lending experience in the proposed regulation to improve the regulatory system of legal P2P lending.The first part describes the overview of P2P Lending borrowing. Including concept definition P2P lending, P2P Lending characteristics, values, business model and legal property.The second part describes the necessity of P2P lending platform monitoring, oneside analyzes the risk of lending platform P2P networks: legal risk, credit risk, operational risk; second is from the London-based manager of regulatory economics depart for P2P lending platform theory proposed regulatory support.The third part is to study Other countries’(mainly the U.S., UK and Japan) supervision and regulation, in order to provide experience for China’s legal regulation.The fourth part of foreign regulatory experience for P2P lending market and make recommendations to improve the P2P network suited to China’s P2P lending platform regulation.
