Language is a tool for communication. If the law want to be know and understand bypeople, itself must be written or printed on paper by words. Several nonstandard languageis widely used in Chinese legal texts,which was bad for the authority of law and its correctapplication. The problem is also do harms to civic belief in law. If we want to solve thisproblem, we should try best to help the development of legal linguistics theory and practiceresearch. In order for the study, I will use investigation study method, statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods, by means of literature, investigation and study torelevant information and data analysis and countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper takes the civil and commercial law, criminal law and police law legal textas the material, to do the study between Chinese and Japanese legal text, from theperspective of words, sentences, text, writing to find out the similarities and differences inlegal texts, mainly focusing on the study of legal text material differences between Chinaand Japan.Japan take the legal system modernization into reality after the Meiji restoration, afterworld war ii Japan had absorbed a lot of British and American legal principle and legallanguage, helping the Japanese legal system more complete and enriched its legal languageexpressions, which helped Japanese law popularization in public of post-war. There is stillsome problems in Chinese Text language of law. Japanese text language of law is logical. Ithas rational structure including concrete and abstract. These advantages should beabsorbed by the China text language of law.
