Reproduction is a long and often a new topic, reproductive behavior hasalways been the people’s natural behavior, fertility as a right is in the past was onlyput forward by modern society. Reproductive rights as a natural and equalenjoyment of fundamental rights, involving legal, economic, ethical, physical,medical technology and other aspects. From the world point of view, to use legalmeans to couple the common reproductive rights from a different point of view a lotof protection. However, reproductive rights as a statutory civil rights, manycountries including my own, in the basic law does not clearly defined. China’scurrent reproductive rights issues directly related to the law are mainly two: one is"The People’s Republic of China Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights",another is "The People’s Republic of China Population and Family Planning Law."But with the social and scientific and technological development, many newsituations and new problems arise at this stage by the disputes arising fromreproductive rights to be getting worse, such as the meaning and nature ofreproductive rights defined in the main body of the controversy over reproductiverights, right concerning the protection of reproductive rights and reproductive rightsin areas where the aggrieved can seek legal remedies which way and so on. Andtherefore must be resolved "reproductive rights" to the new challenges posed by thenew era. This requires that the law explicitly recognized the right of natural fertility,and its legal protection should be to address the real-life encounter related issues.In this paper, using the legal and data analysis, a more integrated and otherresearch methods, on the legal protection of reproductive rights in China werediscussed. Full-text Apart from the introduction, is divided into four parts:Reproductive rights outlined in the first part introduces the origin anddevelopment of reproductive rights, reproductive rights and characteristics of themeaning. Reproductive rights through the right understanding of the basictheoretical knowledge, I believe that our country should be broader understandingof reproductive rights and reproductive rights in the nature of the right ofpersonality should be.The second part of the reproductive rights in China by analyzing the status oflegal protection and put forward to protect our reproductive rights legislation existsin three major practical problems.The third part is to improve the legal protection of reproductive rights in China haspractical significance.Part IV discusses several parts of the former on the basis of the legal protectionof reproductive rights in China improved in the proposed legislation, subject,content and legal remedies on the way to the concept of reproductive rights with aview to the in-depth study, research and effectively address the reproductive thereality of the right to provide some help.
