After entering the twenty-first century, the social organization, asone of the non-profits organization grow rapidly in our nation, plays adiverse roles in public management depending on its specials characterand advantages; its importance has obtained more and more attention, andits management styles are getting more and more attention from expertsand scholars in various fields.This paper sorts out the corporate governance structure’s situationon the membership of the joint community, analyzes current corporategovernance structure’s reasonable degree and feasibility, finds out theproblems existing in the e current corporate governance structure, thenputs forward the idea and proposes to complete current corporategovernance structure, thus offering the reference to establish the standard,scientific, effective joint community corporate governance structure. This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of the “SORSA”,including the historical reform、event contents, main function, operatingmethod, organization structure and so on.. Based on this, throughanalyzing the membership representative conference, board directors andsecretariat occurrence, accountability and existing problems, it does adeep analysis to the SORSA inner corporate governance structure (rights,strategy, and actuator). Then through the study about governmentsupervision, donator supervision and the third independent agency auditthese three aspects, the paper finds out the SORSA outer corporategovernance structure (outer supervision) current situations. Finally, itsummarizes the existing problems in the corporate governance structurein our united social organizations, so as to give three proposals about howto operate healthily and keep development in the frame of governance:first, high-effective social organizations need inner and outer completecorporate governance structure; second, the members in the united socialorganizations need to play more subjective initiative in the organizationgovernance; third, the social organizations need to do the administrativereform going with the flow.
