The conclusion is that the corporate governance is themost serious to the Red Cross organization.Chinese Red Cross organization although is not the traditional sense of theInternational Red Cross organization which is non government organization, it retains the administrative level, administrative staffing and funding, but in thecurrent situation and the situation of our country, completely to remove theadministration is not conducive to the development of the organization and workof the people. Therefore, gradually socialization at the same time, weaken theadministration to administrative and social harmony model is now the reformdirection compared with safe. In the reform measures, one of the important stepsis to reset the board of supervisors of the organizations, which can achieve theeffective supervision, increase the Red Cross organizations’ transparency ofpublic.
