The Research Of China’s Current Moral Disorder And Regulation Of Network Interface

Under the network environment, a new form of social pattern, social relationships ininterpersonal communications would face many ethical dilemmas. If there is noappropriate regulation and adjustment, it will breed new moral and ethical problems,exerting negative influence on network society as well as human’s own development. Thisreality has greatly attracted the attention of scholars. Internet provides channels for thespread of pornographic and vulgar information and becomes a hotbed for the illegal andharmful news. The unethical actions on the network become increasingly severe andviolations of law and regulations are gaining momentum. Such issues as how to maintainthe regular operation of network society and what can be done to efficiently resolve itsmoral and ethical problems impact whether the computer and network technology willbringpositivesocialeffects.On the one hand, as part of the world, China interacts with other countries ineconomy, science and technology, so network ethics problem shows some similarity. Onthe other hand, restricted to China’s own developing state, Computer and Internet startsrelatively late compared with developed countries, so difference also exists in concretemanifestation of network ethics problem. In the thesis, guided by Marxist ethical theoryand based on predecessor scholars’ findings, it takes internet ethics as its research object toexemplify the current situation of network morality from aspects of cyber language, onlineprivacy and network information and also analyzes the reason for this result fromtheoretical and realistic dimensions. By comparing internet ethics with realistic society’smorals, it highlights the generality and specificity of ethical issues. In correspondence withthe reason analysis of current internet ethics, the thesis puts forward implementingprinciples and suggestions on how to consummate internet ethics and purify cyberenvironment in its last part. It further points out that at the present stage of our countryheteronomy should be given priority and self-discipline be in a subordinate place among various regulating methods. Only in this way can network morality take effect in the complex relationships of virtual society.The thesis takes network moral problems as its research scope, specifying study object into a certain point on the network level, which is the ethical and moral issues of network interface. It aims at focusing on current ethical and moral issues of network interface by using principles of Marxism Ethics and network social responsibility theory to avoid generalizations. At the same time, it starts from ethical and moral issues of network interface, then analyzes in depth and makes comments and suggestions so as to disclose moral status of the whole network area, thus sublimating the research achievements.
