Since 1946, when the first computer in the world since the advent of the information technology rapid development, the mankind has entered a new era -the Internet age, along with the development and construction of "on-line community" in this "new field", people can enjoy the Internet brings us all sorts of convenient, make people’s production and life and the way of thinking have taken place in a revolutionary change. Also, the impact of the network with great shaking the traditional ethical and moral foundation of the world, make traditional people in real space in ideology, value judgment and behavior choice is a systematic change. Network technology popularization and globalization is driving this new social form "network society", on the one hand, expanded the moral category, in the field of traditional ethics to the transition of the network morality, on the other hand, a variety of network moral anomie behavior have mushroomed, sprouting constantly brought great harm to the society, we need to focus and attention.Based on the network moral anomie as the research object, from the relevant concepts of network morality, summary the form, type and harm of network moral anomie, and analyzed its reason, on this basis, the governance path of network moral anomie has carried on the key discussion and research. Full text is divided into four parts:The first part of the formation and development of the Internet and the analysis of the social impact of network moral anomie which define the relevant concepts, as in this paper, we study the theoretical basis.The second part of many studies on the analysis of network moral anomie phenomenon, on the basis of using the method of theory analysis, the network moral anomie phenomenon of overall summarized as:the diversification of network social value orientation; Network manufacturing and spread bad information; Network subject moral desalination and the lack of regulatory responsibilities, and analyses the manifestation of each kind of form.The third part explains the cause of the network moral anomie. From the aspects of subjective and objective cause and external cause, the network moral anomie and the moral distortion caused by the information technology development, network moral absence of subject’s lack of moral consciousness and behavior, and moral norms associated lag and the lack of institutional ethics.The fourth part probes into the network moral anomie governance path. Anomie of governance from the technology, the main body, social environment, and moral aspects of value and legal norms, emphasis on the governance of network moral main body level is very important.
