The Concept Of Mao Zedong’s Investigation And Research In The Period Of The Central Revolutionary Base

Investigation and study is the application of dialectical materialism epistemology to work and the basic guarantee of integrating theory with practice. As a great Marxist, MAO zedong attached much importance to the investigation. He advocated that the scientific theory of Marxism must be combined with their own reality practice; seeking truth from facts must be combined with investigation and research. Only can we make the right decisions, the Communist Party of China can guide the Chinese revolution correctly. During the period of Central Revolutionary Base, MAO zedong insisted on fighting against the dogmatism in the party. He insisted the continuous investigation on the basis of extensive practice, and gradually formed distinctive view of investigation and research in this period.In this paper, based on foundation of the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, combined with the time traits of the Central Revolutionary Base period, learned and referenced to academic research, it adopted the method of literature study,-to the whole concept of MAO zedong’s investigation and study in the central revolutionary base period in detail. It also had a further discussion of the revelation which the central concept of revolutionary base period of MAO zedong’s investigation is for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The paper summarized and put forward the theoretical and practical significance of the study on the MAO zedong’s research view during the central revolutionary base period. It reviewed and carded the domestic and foreign research status about MAO Zedong’ thought in investigation and study, such as the definition and study of the central revolutionary base period and the investigation and study. And it made a brief introduction to the study ideas, research methods and the innovation in the article. This paper expounded the philosophical foundation of MAO zedong’s investigation and study in the central revolutionary base period from three aspects:the dialectical materialism epistemology; the people’s subjectivity; the basic principle that the generality and the particularity of contradiction are dialectical unity.According to the conditions of the nation and the party in the central revolutionary base period, MAO zedong gradually formed the unique view of research system during this period which based on a large number of investigation and study practice. From the three aspects of the importance of the research, the research methods and purpose, he described the basic content of investigation and study theory during the central revolutionary base period.The central revolutionary base period is a concentrated period of MAO zedong’s investigation and study. The study of this period occupied a very important position in the research practice activity in MAO zedong’s life. He focused on a large number of rural survey, combined with urban survey, in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the masses demand. It also transformed the style of the communist party, adhered to the Mass Line; improved the party’s ruling ability; solved China’s practical problems by seeking truth from facts, which produced a important realistic enlightenment.
