The domestic market more tend to be more open, transparent, and gradually into the international economic integration.In this period of development, industry association as the inevitable outcome of market economy, plays an important role between the government and enterprises. This is mainly embodied in two aspects: on the one hand, due to the transition of the function of the government, industry association to independence for the part of the social management function; On the other hand, under the condition of market economy, the development of society make industry association play its unique role.In fact, Due to factors such as history, political system, the development of industry association in China is not ideal,the legal status of the problem is that the association is not clear, cannot give full play to its function, and in the relevant legislation, administrative law enforcement, industry association regulation has many problems such as their own capabilities.
