Trade Association, as an important medium betweengovernment and enterprises, role in the development of society has increased. On theone hand, the transformation of political system reform and government function needtrade association to undertake the important social function of independent. On theother hand, the market economy and the construction of harmonious society alsorequires trade associations to play a unique role. Therefore, the cultivation anddevelopment of local industry associations is an important content of deepening thereform of the administrative system and the reform of state-owned enterprises. In thissense, economic law theory research on Xinjiang Industry Association, not only forXinjiang economic development and construction, but also has very importantsignificance to our country western big development strategy.
