The Informationization Construction Of Baotou Public Security In The Era Of "Big Data"

By 2012, "big data" appeared in the public eye. Then rapidly spread to various industries. As the invention of Internet, the emergence of "big data" has brought much change from people’s life, study and work. Meanwhile, it has become the power source of various types of industrial development in a new era. "big data" has improved the application of computer science to a new level. Nowadays, our country is in a crucial stage of development and reform. The establishment of a leading group which controls the security and informatization network indicates a further strength of the government attention. By the way, the technology of "big data" is getting more use in the statistical work of all kinds of people’s live. Therefore, in the "big data" conditions, analyzing the development status of informatization in Baotou City Public Security, and exploring a suitable construction path for Baotou public security information have important practical significance.In this study, our aim is based on the comprehensive analysis of the concept and characteristics of "big data". Using of literature study, case analysis and other methods, we analyzed the objective requirements of public security information construction during the era of "big data". By analyzing the existing problems on Baotou public security information construction, the solutions and countermeasures to meet the existing problems have put forward.The main content of this study includes the following parts:1) The introduction of the background, research significance, domestic and foreign related research status in the field, the main contents and methods.2) The analysis of "big data" characteristics. We describe the impact of "big data" on the public security informatization construction and social management. Then analyze the "big data" era requirements of public security information construction.3) The analysis of current situation and problems of Baotou public security information construction foundation under the "big data" background. In the mean time, introduce the experience of basic public security information construction advanced areas and the significance of Baotou public security information construction.4) Based on the above, countermeasures of Baotou public security information construction foundation is proposed under the condition of "big data". Including promote the construction of the standard address database, Take measures to improve the quality of data acquisition, break the barriers between departments, construct the public security cloud computing platform, make good use of "big data", increase the efforts of intelligence police equipment allotment, increase the information professional training efforts and establish a professional data analysis team.5) The conclusion of this study, and put forward the prospect of the next stage of the research foundation of information construction in Baotou.The purpose of this paper is exploring a modern and sustainable policy mode for the Baotou public security information construction. This study may have reference significance to the Baotou public security informatization construction.
