In2012, there was a large fluctuation of technological information much like thedevelopment of intercommunication. The “Big Data” era as we call it now was amajor turning point that changed our workplace, lifestyle, and everyday understandingfor the world around us promoting new invention and new sources of services.Compared to the boom of technological communication in civilian lives, ourgovernment agencies awareness and practice in intercommunication usage isrelatively slow and absent in research development. In these developing times, indepth study of data sets and research into its core technology, along with developmentof information construction in Tianjin communication security’s current state is astrong signifier in its importance. In this paper, I will provide an in depth analysis of what we called “big data” andits features based on our target with the Tianjin communication security development.Using literature review, case studies, and other research sources, i will analyze “bigdata’s” objective needs in order to propose solutions for its current state. The main concept in this paper consists of five chapters: The first chapter is anintroductionary analysis in its research background, significance, internationalcomparisons, and various methods in the research process. The second chapterfocuses on the connotation and characteristics of the “big data” more in depth. Someof the things include data and data explosion content, leading data work, revolutionarythinking in both life and workplace, core analysis of “big data”, and its eventualimpact in four major aspects of constructing this concept. The third chapter focuses onthe city’s public security information technology development status with a particularfocus on the problems in current work. We will look at some of the problems we facein data quality, the volume of data to be expanded, and lacking of skilled workers inthis field. Through these three aspects, it is in the bureau’s interest to carefullyconsider whether or not the process is suitable and applicable in its current state. Thefourth chapter focuses on suggestions in “big data’s” current state of frameworklooking at it from fellow police colleague’s perspective. We need to break thesebarriers between inter department data, while building professional data analysis team,a cloud computing network, and gradually open data communication from all five perspectives we’ve discussed in this paper. The last chapter summarizes my findingsand prospects for the future. The purpose of this paper is through a detailed analysis of our city’s publicsecurity information technology research development to counteract future endeavorsand explore a route suitable for our own development. It is desirable for the entirepolice force on a macro level to plan and practice in application the references I’veproposed in this paper.
