Computer Crime, as a new type of Crime began in the 60 s of last century, in the 80 s of last century, especially in the 90 s of last century, the development trend of domestic Computer Crime is more and more rapidly. How to understand and apply the legal norms of computer crime, and with the development of computer technology and the progress of information technology, the related crime, perfect the criminal law, the legitimate law enforcement has become one of the important tasks of China’s criminal law workers face.
