Ideology appeared with the development of state and class.It is a part of the superstructure.The nature of ideology is a kind of belief systems which is based on a certain theory.The nature of ideology reflects the interest of special class or political party.Ideology has many functions,such as defence, cohesion and mobilisation etc.The effective play of ideological function is closely related with its scientificity.Then,what is the opinion of ideology? It is the attitude and opinion on ideology of the people.Among the ideological concept of ideology,political ideological concept occupies the centre.The ideological concept of the Chinese Communist Party is scientific since reform and opening up of China.Under the guiding of it,the function of ideology plays an effective role.Since the reform and opening up of China,the ideological concept of CCP(Chinese Communist Party) is an important part of the theoretical system about socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has political origin and historical lessons.Among it,the ideological concept of Marx, Engels and Lenin is its theoretical origin.The building of Chinese ideological concept,which developed from the time of our party’s forming to the eve of the reform and opening up of China, provides experience and lessons to the ideological concept of CCP in the new era.At the same time,the historical tragedy of the Communist party of the Soviet Union give us historical lessons.In a word,the ideological concept of CCP is the product of localization of Marxism in China which related ideological theory of Marxism with practice of reform and opening up in China.The major contents of ideological concept of CCP include three parts:ideological status,its task and target,its method and principle etc.As far as ideological status and function are concerned,it reflects three aspects.In the first place,ideology plays its role under certain conditions.In the second place,Marxism occupies the guiding status.In the third place,ideology gives service to central works.As far as its task and target,it reflects four aspects.Firstly,We must insist the four basic principles.Secondly,we should pay attention to the struggle of anti-peaceful evolution.Thirdly,we should try to do the work about ideal guiding.Fourthly,we must grasp strictly the strategic goal of two consolidation.As far as its method and principle,it major reflects in ideal and political work,news transmission and cultural work,state interest and party ideology.In summary,we must try our best to do the work of ideology.In order to do this,we must strengthen major consciousness,creative consciousness,position consciousness,global consciousness and inclusiveness.
