Study On Administrative Arbitration System Construction

This article takes the Administrative Arbitration System in our country as the research object, through introduction of the basic theories of Administrative Arbitration System, and introduce the current situation of the other countries’ arbitration, then analyses the superiority existing in the Labor Arbitration System and the other kinds of Administrative Arbitration System, finally puts forwards expand our Administrative Arbitration System, and basis on this, further perfect the other kinds of institution of Administrative Arbitration System. All of the article includes four chapters except preface.The preface briefly introduces the why the author write this article, the research status and the innovations.Chapter One is the general introduction of Administrative Arbitration System. It is includes the concept, the characteristic, the nature, the advantages aspects.Chapter Two is the application of the Arbitration System in international situation. In this part, it firstly introduce the current situation of the Arbitration system around the word, includes American, England, Japan and so on. Then it analyses the development of Chinese Administrative Arbitration System.Chapter Three is our Administrative Arbitration System has a great development space.It firstly analysis the current scope of our Administrative Arbitration System, then introduce the great scope of the other countries’ Arbitration System,and points out should expanding the scope of our Administrative Arbitration System and the reason.Lastly, it analysis which disputes we can figure out by Arbitration.Chapter Four is the reconstruction of our Administrative Arbitration System.
