After that, from the perspective of social fairness, the paper analyzes the problem of Tangshan rural collective land expropriation compensation system in our country.Thirdly, the paper analyzes and researches the rural collective land expropriation compensation system of Hangzhou, Nanning, Changsha, Chongqing and Tianjin etc., summarizes lessons and patterns, and then provides reference and guidance for a nationwide collective land expropriation compensation system reform.In the end, the paper put forwards the suggestions of perfecting our country’s rural collective land expropriation compensation system from the perspective of chance equity and process equity and result equity.
