Study On Rural Collective Land Expropriation Compensation System

Along with society’s progress and the city to speed up the process, a large number of collective land expropriation, after years of development, although the land expropriation compensation system continue to improve, but there are still many problems, can not meet the growing needs of land acquisition work. The eighteen meeting, the current our country set off a wave of collective land system reform, the State Council approved the draft amendment to the law on land management, which is China’s introduction of a critical step of the collective land requisition compensation ordinance. This article from the land expropriation compensation system in our country’s progress and problems, through the analysis of Beihai collective land requisition compensation system present situation, points out the existing problems, and puts forward improving suggestions and policy of collective land acquisition compensation enacted in china.The main content of this paper is divided into the following six parts:first, the author elaborated our country collective land requisition compensation work background, pointed out that the current land acquisition contradictions highlight the work in Beihai city; the second part of this article mainly analyses the current our country rural land expropriation compensation regime, the progressive place, and points out the insufficiency. The third part the author focuses on the provisions of the Beihai municipal land acquisition agencies, land acquisition compensation policies and land compensation procedures; the fourth part starts from Beihai city specific practices in the rural collective land expropriation compensation, points out several problems existing in Beihai city land acquisition compensation; finally, this article from the current land requisition compensation work reality, proposed the establishment and perfection of China’s rural land expropriation compensation system several suggestions, in hope of as soon as possible on the collective land requisition compensation regulations, solving practical problems of land requisition compensation work, guide the land requisition compensation work, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers by land acquisition.
