| Right-wing forces, Japan’s "political borers", have been in existence for more than a century, which brought Japan and Asia-Pacific countries into the abyss of war in the prewar and for nearly 70 years after the war, right-wing forces have been experiencing self-evolving and restructuring the nation’s political situation, making the relationship between Japan and its neighbors more deteriorated. As a representative of the emerging postwar Japanese right-wing forces, Japan Restoration Party was founded on September 28th,2012, and quickly won people’s attention, they expected much from it. Actually, whether the Japan Restoration Party leaders, the Toru Hashimoto, Ishihara or its political program, "Osaka Metropolis plan" and "Restoration eight policy", undoubtedly show Japan’s postwar development status of right wing to a extreme extent. In September 2014, Japan Restoration Party conducted reorganization, but in terms of the composition of its leaders, the party platform, and the analysis on Collective self-defense, the right-wing forces still play a role as Japan’s political borers. Nevertheless, the development of the Party is not easy, leaders’improper promises and unimplemented policies result in a "blank check" phenomenon so that the Japanese public support rate remains in the doldrums and the restructuring of opposition parties becomes more difficult. Where to go is still unknown. As the very core of Japan’s third-party, we should study the ins and outs of Japan Restoration Party. Only in this way can we clarify the internal mechanism of Japan’s political environment today, meanwhile we can predict the future direction of Japan’s politic, which have great significance. In addition, as an important neighbor of Japan, it is necessary for us Chinese to have a good command of its development and be well aware of its rightist hazards. |
