Study On Personal Credit System In China Under The Perspective Of Social Integrity Construction

Social integrity is a social climate of honesty and trustworthiness in majority of social members. It has the characteristics of historical inheritance and times of unity, both self-discipline and heteronomy, reflects widely among the majority of social members’ practice.Profound transformation of our society determines the traditional society focus on private inherent moral dimension "Virtue honesty" began to emphasize on public external normative level "contract integrity" in modern society, integrity has become more institutionalized. However, the concept of integrity in traditional society is not incompatible with the concept of credit under the credit economic conditions, coupled with the weakness of integrity system, which allows the system to be an inevitable guarantee in strengthening the building of social integrity.The article is divided four parts, the first part is the introduction part, to elaborate the theoretical and practical significance that personal credit system construction give to the construction of social integrity in the new period by combining the background of the building of social integrity from the phenomenon of social dishonesty problems presented in the construction of our social integrity. At the same time, summarizing the inadequate aspects in the research of our personal credit system through the analysis of research status on the personal credit system at home and abroad.The second part is to summarize and outline the main problems in the construction of credibility that exists in our society in the construction of our society integrity. That is, the concept of the social integrity does not match the trust model in the market economy and the relatively weak construction in system. On this basis, it emphasizes the important role that system building in safeguarding the construction of social integrity in the new era. And then pointing out that the construction of credibility in our society needs the guarantee of personal credit system by combining the general theory of institutional support,personal credit system with the construction of social integrity.The third part is to explore its problems by analysing the development process, the current situation of our personal credit system. That is, the government’s own management needs to be strengthened, while the relevant rules and regulations are imperfect, at the same time, local personal credit record is not uniform which leads to the relevant and unified assessment standards. In addition, the effectiveness in the reinforcement of preventive mechanisms is an important part among management process.The fourth part is the perfect countermeasure according to the personal credit system problems. In other words, the building of personal credit system in China must pay attention to the functions of the government, improve and reform the regulatory system of personal credit. In addition, we should note to promote the unity of local personal credit records and the perfect of individual credit assessment criteria in the improvement of dishonesty preventive mechanisms. Finally, to strengthen the building of our society integrity through the personal credit system is still inseparable from the cultivation and strengthening awareness of personal credit.
