The "Property Law" and "House Registration Measures" have provided legal basis for cancellation of registration of the house-ownership caused by the government acquisition. Given this, the current management status of cancellation of housing registration after the land purchase by the government of Jinzhou New Area is researched and analyzed in this thesis. The conclusion is that the real estate department of Jinzhou New Area has many inept handing in this kind of cancellation of registration mode, which is just according to the former ship-owner dropped the ownership.To solve this problem caused by the government’s improper handling, the legal attributes of government land acquisition actions must be reasonably defined first. And this action is defined as civil contracts in this thesis. And then, the behavior of giving up ownership is explained and defined correctly, combining with the related laws and regulations. At last, basing on the cancellation of housing registration of overseas and domestic precedents, the adjustment proposals of the registration process for Jinzhou New Area government is given:cancel the cancellation of registration mode in terms of the abandoning ownership, and then go through the formalities for the house ownership transfer, at last complete the demolition work and apply the cancellation of registration by the land banking mechanism.
