Intangible cultural heritage is a staied excellent culture of human development process, is the transmission of human wisdom and experience, has the history and culture, aesthetic and scientific value. No matter what from the respect of human beings or the respect of knowledge and wisdom, we should try our best to protect it and ensure its transmission smoothly. The Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an ethnic minority area, has very rich resources of intangible cultural heritage. After our country joined the United Nations’Convention for the Safe-guarding of the Inteangible Cultural Heritage, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region actively respond a call of the nation, carried out the declaration and census work of the Intangible cultural heritage, achieved initial results. But because of the lack of legal support which accord with the characteristics of the Intangible cultural heritage in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the Inner Mongolia should fully learn from the domestic legislative experiences of other provinces, autonomous regions and the excellent system of other countries, for setting up legislative protection for the intangible cultural heritage timely. In legislative protection for the intangible cultural heritage should be aimed at the existing problems in six aspects, strengthening the government responsibility, improving the system of inheritance people、social organization and education, promoting the publicity and universal use of news media, perfecting the terms of legal responsibility. |
