3D Printing(3D Printing) technology can be described as the most popular technology nowadays, 3D printing(3Dprinting) technology is a rapid prototyping technology which is based on a digital model file by use of adhesive materials and by way of being printed layer by layer to construct an object. 3D printing technology have a wide range of applications in industrial design、medical、personalized design and many other areas, but on the other hand, 3D printing has brought a set of inherent risks, intellectual property, dangerous goods, human ethics areas are included. 3D printing technology not only have produced a change in product design、manufacturing and sales, but also have aroused a higher risk of patent infringement.According to the existing patent infringement Elements,3D printing and dissemination of infringing products to print documents is difficult to be judged as a behavior of direct and indirect patent infringement, in the face if you want to cancel “the purpose of production and management,” “expand indirect patent infringement”, “Building a patent safe haven”and other issues. First, we must adhere to the purpose of Patent Law to avoid leaning to either side from the basic values of the patent running system.Second, we must focus on the development of 3D technology industry characteristics and effects of society, and the patent system to make reasonable adjustments.
