The Present Siutation And Reform On China’s Plea Relation

The relationship between equality and confrontation with the justice, the guarantee of human rights is closely related to. This paper aims to study abroad status, system on the theory study, the relationship between the domestic and the analysis of existing problems of the relationship between the subjectivity of reconstruction of criminal litigation in our country. This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the relationship between the prosecution and the defense. The promulgation of the new "criminal procedural law" to promote the balance has been of great help, but there are still many problems, the problem of finding construction for the later part of the problem is solved and the system ready.The fourth chapter is about the relationship between ideas on China’s Institutional Reconstruction.
