Study On The System Of Judge’s Professional Guarantee

The judge professional guarantee system is an important part of judicial system, is also an important subject in the study of the current system of judges. The judge as a defender of the decider of social disputes and social justice, its own rights and interests must be guaranteed first. The judge professional guarantee system is perfect, not only can protect the interests of the judge group, and can contribute to the justice of the society as a whole. This paper mainly adopts the method of empirical analysis and comparative study, from the law, the theory and practice, etc., for the current basic situation of the judge professional guarantee system in China, the author analyzed the existing problems and restricting factors, the foreign judges professional guarantee system on the basis of comparative analysis, put forward the concrete means of perfecting our country’s judge job security. Full text except the preface and epilogue, is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1 outlines justice occupation guarantee system, mainly expounding basic connotation.Chapter 2 introduces the conditions of justice occupation guarantee system in international law and Anglo-American law system and continental law system on behalf of the state on the judge power, status, economic security, dignity, security and other aspects of the system, so as to improve the judge professional security system reform in China.Chapter 3 analyzed the problems of judges professional guarantee system from the aspect of legislation and practice in our country.Chapter 4 puts forward some specific measures to the reform of the system and the corresponding supporting system reform.
