In order to ensure the objective and actual test results, great importance would be attached to the standardization of test conditions when the technology applied to real case, especially guarantee that the physical fitness is adequate and brain arousal level is better.The difference in the GSR’s response type is more in the real case, this paper find the difference in GSR’s various dimensions between the innocent and the suspects on the basis of statistical analysis on the GSR’s response spectrum in the real case,namely that the GSR’s duration and response slope of suspects are more than the innocent, whether it is in simple reaction model or complex reaction.
