On The Commitment To The System Of Anti-monopoly Law

Because of legitimates and advantages,China’s "anti-monopoly law" has introduced the commitment system and has launched the settlement practices.It has been recognized by many people because the system allows the participation of enforcement,saves enforcement sources,improves the efficiency and creates an enforcement atmosphere of relative harmony.Then there are many deficiencies about the system in the provisions of our country’s "anti-monopoly law" and its implementing rules at present.This article is consisted of four parts. First is an introduction to the commitment system. This part analyses the definition,nature,value and risk of commitment system.Then it is an introduction to the legislative and procedural system of commitment system. This part will give a general description of commitment system. Next the author will give a comparison between the commitments in America and European Union. At last it will be some suggestion on the perfection of commitment system in our country.
