Studies On Perfection About Case Management Institution Of Procuratorates

Law enforcement is the crucial method of Procuratorate to execute procuratorial power and perform procuratorial function. And the quality of case is the lifeline of procuratorial work. Due to the existence of malpractices about insufficiency of internal supervision, dispersion of management authorities, inconsequence of evaluation standard and delay of information feedback in traditional mode of case management in Procuratorate, these defects have a serious impact on exerting the procuratorial function.In recent years, in internal demand for self perfection of the procuratorial system, many local procuratorates in China have carried on the different degree of case management mode reforms, which brought about different new modes. The Procuratorate reformed management of concentrated cases, which was based on the judicial rules and procuratorial work rules, and applied these modern management theories of flat management and process control and intensive management. These reforms had a significant influence on renovation of case management mechanisms, enforcement of the procuratorate of internal supervision and standardizing behavior and improvement of the case quality and work efficiency. It is one of most significant innovations in the procuratorial case management reforms that the department utilize the informatization construction of procuratorial platform to manage cases. Case Management Supervision Department has responsibilities in supervision, service and management. It is the inevitable choice of procuratorial case management mechanism reform and also the full implementation of case management mode at present.In the existing case management institution, there remain many problems and contradictions of case management in the actual work. This Thesis begins from the reform background and basis of construction of case management in Procuratorate. Then we will analyze of the existing modes of case management and the current situation of case management working in Procuratorate, and aim at learning from the existing difficulties and contradictions of practical work to explore how to improve case management institution.
