It has been 6 years since 2008 that Taiwan has established the Intellectual Property Court in Banqiao District specialized in cases related to intellectual property rights. After a certain time of practice, the results of the mechanism can be seen clearly. The success of the Intellectual Property Court of Taiwan is a good example for mainland China. China is the second largest economy in the world, however, the period of intellectual property trial experience for China is only two decades.Nowadays, China emphasizes more on the intellectual property and pays more attention to solving IP disputes.
