On The Mass Viewpoint Of Xi Jinping

Since its inauguration, the new central leadership headed by Xi Jinping, general secretary of CCP, has held the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and fully implemented the spirit of the 18 th National Congress. The government has formulated and carried out a series of important activities with the aim to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to seize the new victory of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Among these activities, the Mass Viewpoint of Xi Jinping has guided the efforts to change the way of work and life, which has been extremely influential and won the hearts of people from all walks of life. The governing concept and style of the new leading group are becoming increasingly clear. In a relatively long period in the future, the striving to build and implement Xi Jinping’s Mass Marxism will be the main guideline and working aim of CCP. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct a study on the Mass Viewpoint of Xi Jinping.Based on a great deal of document analysis and research, the present paper has systemized and summarized the experiences, backgrounds and viewpoints of Xi Jinping in different periods. It is composed of three parts, namely, the forming of the concept, the main content and characteristics, and practical significance. It aims to find out the rule and implication of the Mass Viewpoint, describe its content system and show its value in the present age. The thesis stresses that Xi Jinping’s Mass Viewpoint is based on Marxist mass perspective of history and has incorporated the essence of traditional Chinese people-oriented thought. It is the inheritance of the mass viewpoints of the previous leaders, the summary of Xi’s working experience. It is in line with the consistent way and ideas of CCP, yet it also has its own features of the time. It has supplemented and developed the mass viewpoints of the party from the aspects of mass views, mass course, mass way of working and style etc. Xi Jinping’s Mass Viewpoint has pushed the theory of CCP to be in line with the changing time and is instructive in our efforts to boost the construction of the party, the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, the realization of the great China dream of revitalization.
