The fourth part is the construction and perfection of drug case jurisdiction system. I think we should jurisdiction system of drug cases, in order to facilitate the investigation of drug crime, is conducive to the fight against drug crime is the most basic principle. Thus, you can make the appropriate expansion of interpretation of legal principles and rules about jurisdiction.
