The Studying Of Conflict Between Folk Customs And State Laws

Folk Customs is a spontaneous generation of social norms. It does not has the feature ofstatutory mandatory. Folk Customs builds on a long-term co-citizens labor and exchanges.State laws is recognized and developed by the force of the nation. To some degree, Statelaws is an overriding power. There are many connections between folk customs and state laws.We can see that on the one hand, folk customs and state laws are in the interaction with fusion,free, in the form of staggered relationship, but on the other hand, folk customs and state lawshave antagonistic relationship conflict.This graduation thesis is about the study of Russian alcohol prohibitions. We can analysethe reasons of the failing alcohol prohibitions in Russia’s history through the changeableprohibitions. The graduation thesis also related to the culture of drinking of Russia, and thecustom of drinking in Russia. Studying the relationship of folk customs and state laws todescribe they should have a two-way interactive relationship. Through the research of Russianalcohol prohibition, we want to get some inspire and alerts in setting laws such as alcoholprohibition.
