Research On Construction Of The Worker Pioneer Park In The View Of Production-city Integration In Alaer City

The urbanization level is a very important index of economic development level, social developmentlevel and people’s living standard level for a county and a region. According to the first document of theCPC Central Committee, new urbanization construction will be a significant work for the governmentplan. Alaer city, an important part of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, got a remarkableachievement in constructing urbanization by seizing the construction-aid opportunity, highlighting cityfunction and agglomeration effect. It suggests exploring the model of production-city integration andpromoting multiple-income for staff and urbanization’s process in the Fourth Session of the TenthDivision-City Party Committee. Now the urbanization’s step in Alaer city is more and more fast. Itdevelops the management mode of “division-city unity”,“corp-town unity”,“company-agency unity”.For example, Alaer Jin Yinchuan town has set up for one year; the reform experience of Corp One andCorp Eight is carrying out step by step; four modernizations develop interactively.In view of this, this paper takes the construction of worker pioneer park as the research topic. It takesthe14th Corp as an case, states the current situation, the present problems and the solutions of the workerpioneer park in Alaer city. The article combines the theory and practice together, based on theentrepreneurial economy theory and production-city integration, takes example by domestic overseasstudents’ innovation park, college students’ innovation park, peasant worker’s innovation park and soforth, suggests that the worker pioneer park in Alaer should put plan first and set the idea ofproduction-city integration.
