Mass line is lifeline and the basic line of work for the Communist Party of China, and it is an important weapon to win the revolution and construction in China, which being led by the CPC. In the new era of reform and opening up, global, national and profound changes. At present, China is in a period of social transformation. The CPC implementing the mass line is facing new challenges, and there have been some problems. Since theEighteenthNational Congress ofthe CPC, the CPC Central Committee decided to carry out the mass line in the Party of educational practice and improve their work style, and close ties with the masses. It is important to consolidate the party’s ruling status. So, itbecomes a problem we must carefully consider to understanding of the content of the mass line deeply, to put forward practical measures for implementing the mass line challenges and problems encountered during the current.This article studies the Party’s mass line as the topic, mainly use the method of literature research and historical analysis to explain the development of the connotation and the new era of the mass line, to analyze the new era implement the Party’s mass line to face the challenges, problems and their causes, and focuses on the current measures to implement the mass line.
