A Research On Factors Affecting The Characteristic Change Of Will Handwriting And Testing Methods

As a result of civilization in human history, will undertakes its historical mission and with the change of society undergoing profound changes. In recent years, with the rapid growth of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the aging population, people’s private property (house property) and more complex interpersonal relationship make Chinese people who used to overlook will begin to pay attention to will-related affairs. From the internship experience in bureau of judicial identification in recent years, the author has found that the application and request for will handwriting identification is increasing.This thesis mainly makes a systematic and detailed summarization of the factors affecting the characteristic change of will handwriting, analyzes the difficulties and problems in will handwriting identification, and probes into its testing methods. Will handwriting is of its own particularity and will handwriting identification is of much complexity, so the dispute over will handwriting is particular and complex. Thus, researching the characteristics especially comprehensively, systematically and profoundly studying various change factors influencing the formation of will handwriting and grasping its laws and characteristics to improve the method system testing will handwriting is of both theoretical significance and applicable value.The whole paper consists of three parts. Part1presents an overview of will handwriting identification. This part mainly discusses the concept of will and will handwriting identification, the current status of the research on will handwriting identification at home and abroad, and the impact of the research on will handwriting identification. As the core and focus of this paper, Part2takes the scientific basis of handwriting identification-the particularity, stability and reactivity of writing habit as the basic theoretical basis and applies observation, analysis and summarization to giving a detailed illustration for several common characteristics of will handwriting affected by factors in practice. By supplementing and summarizing relevant exiting theoretical achievements, it concludes systematic laws and characteristics of will handwriting formation. Part3explores the difficulties and importance of will handwriting testing, as well as the train of thought and methods in testing process based on previous summarization and actual cases.
