An Empirical Study On The Identification Of Chinese Imitation Signature Handwriting

As an important proof of identity,signatures play an important role in daily work.At present,China’s electronic informatization is developing rapidly,and the channels for obtaining information are diverse.The basic theoretical knowledge of handwriting science is widely understood by the public.There are many phenomena of counterfeiting handwriting using imitation methods,whether in some criminal cases or some civil disputes.There is a phenomenon of imitating a signature.Because the number of imitation signature handwriting is small,the degree of simulation is high,and the concealment is strong,there is a certain difficulty in the identification process.From the feedback results of the handwriting identification ability verification from 2015 to 2017,the participating institutions have the following: Two problems: First,it is easy to confuse the characteristics of imitation handwriting with similar handwriting characteristics of different people who write normally;second,it is not clear about the points of agreement and differences between the characteristics of the specimen and the signature of the handwriting,resulting in The analysis of points of difference produces bias.With the requirements of appraisal practice,distinguishing the imitation methods of imitation handwritings and accurately recognizing the differences between copying and covering handwritings are the needs of the current development of handwriting appraisal.Therefore,accurately identifying and distinguishing imitation handwriting is still a difficult problem.This article has conducted a comprehensive and systematic study of Chinese copywriting and arbitrary signature handwriting.Including the introduction,this article is divided into four chapters.The specific content is as follows:In the first part,the research background and significance of imitation signature handwriting are explained first.Finally,the papers and literatures on imitation handwriting athome and abroad are summarized and sorted out,and the current status and research space of the research on copywriting and nesting signature handwriting in China at this stage are clarified,indicating the direction of the research in this paper.The main content of the first chapter is the theoretical overview of Chinese copywriting and imitation signature handwriting,which is divided into three parts.The first is a brief overview of the theoretical knowledge of imitation signature handwriting,and the second is an overview of the theory of Taobao signature handwriting.The last part explains the scientific basis of imitation signature handwriting identification.The second chapter is the experimental research on the characteristics of Chinese handwriting signature and copywriting signature,which is the core content of the full text.The main research content is divided into three parts.The first part is the planning and design of the experimental content,including the production and collection of experimental samples and the specific experimental plan to ensure the control of some variables during the experiment.The second part is the use of conventional tests.Methods From three perspectives:general features of handwriting,detailed features of handwriting,and text layout features,the frequency of feature appearance is summarized,and the experimental results are observed,analyzed,and summarized.The third part is to fully characterize the features of copywriting and nesting signature handwriting.The comparison and analysis include analysis of the similarities and differences between the characteristics of Chinese and Chinese copywriting signatures and the related factors that affect the characteristics of Chinese and English copywriting signatures,in order to explore the method of distinguishing copying and nesting signatures.The third part is the research on the identification of Chinese copywriting and nesting signature handwriting.Based on the research in the previous chapter,the three aspects of the preliminary inspection of signature handwriting,the specification requirements of inspection materials and sample handwriting,comparative inspection and comprehensive judgment points.The main points of the identification of the handwritten signatures in the actual identification are summarized.In addition to identifying the suspicious signs of the test material handwriting,how to correctly analyze and judge the suspicious handwriting phenomenon,and how to determine the type of the test material handwriting feature through effective sampling and comprehensive comparison testing In order to determine the characteristic nature of the handwriting of the inspection material,a scientific and reliable identification opinion is obtained,and at the end of the article,the theory is combined with actual cases for further discussion and verification of the theory.The conclusion of the last part is a review of the full text of this article,including summarizing the experience gained,refining and reflecting on existing deficiencies,and summing up lessons for future research.
