Countermeasures To Control The Development Trend Of Drug Crimes And The Investigation

Since1980, the drug crime gradually increased overseas, and also began to infiltrate to China, leading to the reoccurs of drug-related criminal activities which was totally banned in the past in China. The collusion of criminals domestic and overseas made the drug crime in this period had some new trends, which the radial spread, continuous increase, multipoint infiltrate, more secluded, intelligent and internationalization. It is also working on our anti-drug warning to remind the relevant authorities need to improve, improve detection and prevention and control of the means of work. Therefore, there should be a new trend in drug-related crimes summarized, also proposed cooperation and the measures targeted prevention and control of the international community, and thus to control and resolve the social problems of the high incidence of drug-related criminal activity.The article uses the method of comparative study, literature study, and different research paradigms as annotation research, study and positivism criminology research, procedural law research and criminal integration research in a multidisciplinary perspective.The first part introduces the development trend of China’s drug-related content and cause analysis, this chapter after the concept of drugs and drug-related crime to understand, by summarizing the history of the development trend of drug-related crimes, attempts were repeated analysis of the reasons for drug-related crimes. The third part introduces the integrated control of drug-related crime, through analysis of our existing drug crime prevention and control system, trying to make some new features to adapt to drug crime governance model, sparring comprehensive management theory to do some research. Hope that through these useful exploration to provide some advice and help to improve drug crime prevention and control system, while deepening the extent of research on the issue.
