Combined with the legal problems of it, which more make the wine offspring driving complicated. Therefore, this article is divided into four chapters altogether, comprehensive analysis the legal problems exist in wine offspring driving from four aspects. The first chapter introduces the related basic concepts of wine offspring driving, and introduces the basic situation of wine offspring driving from concepts to the reasons, and to the classifications. The second chapter focuses on analysis the main body qualifications of the wine offspring driving.
