Research On Antitrust Regulation On The Authorization Contract Of The Transnational Corporation

Along with the globalization of the development of the economics and theincrease of contact between countries, the business model in transnationalcorporation is becoming more and more important in international trade. Thisthesis takes the transnational vehicle manufacture for example and analyses themanagement of this kind of transnational corporation in Chinese market, thedamages to Chinese vehicle dealerships and the rules on anti-monopoly in China.Meanwhile, on the anti-monopoly issue in Chinese market, especially on theanti-monopoly of transnational corporation, this thesis proposes some advices inorder to regulate the monopoly of transnational corporation and protect theinterests of the domestic corporations.
