Researches On Monopoly Effects Of Transnational Corporations' FDI And Its Measures

From the perspective of anti-monopoly, this paper mainly discusses problems about monopoly effects of transnational corporations' FDI. Aided by the Industry Organization Theory, the author first analyzes the impacts of transnational corporations' FDI on some sorts of china's market structure, on the basis of which I furthermore study some monopoly behavior to be probably taken up by transnational corporations. In the end, policies and institutions to protect them from exerting market power have been proposed from two aspects, one of which is how to control the monopoly market structure, the other of which is how to regulate monopoly behaviors.
