Research On "Chinese Dream" Contemporary Youth’s Historical Mission

Facing the rapid development of about30-year reform and open, about60-yearexploration and practice of the Chinese socialist road, about100–year historical struggle ofChinese people and the inheritance of about5000–year Chinese civilization, the Chinesecommunist put forward Chinese Dream, which is the great strategy of Chinese nation’s greatrejuvenation. It is the contemporary youth’s honor to live in this great era and integrate theirindividual dreams with the dream of nation’s rejuvenation. So it is their honor to play theimportant part in practicing Chinese Dream. On the background of opportunity and challenge,the contemporary youth, as the dominant force to realize the great rejuvenation of the nation,should bravely be responsible for the historical mission and contribute their youth andstrength. Specifically, the thesis consists in:In the first part, it’s about introduction, which includes research background, aim,significance, present situation and methods.In the second part, the author expounds the correlated theories about Chinese Dream andthe contemporary youth’s historical mission. Meanwhile, the author expounds the relatedarguments and the relationship of them deeply.In the third part, taking two universities’ undergraduates in Shanxi, the author makes aquestionnaire survey, which is named “the contemporary youth cognition to the relationshipbetween Chinese dream and them”.And the author summarizes the results about this survey.In the fourth part, the author expounds the opportunities and the challenges that thecontemporary youth are facing with. In the part of the opportunities, it includes the expectation of nation and family, the rejuvenation of nation and the creative strategies; in thepart of challenges, it includes the situation of the society and the individual.In the fifth part, the author put forward the methods to inspire the contemporary youth torealize Chinese Dream. The contemporary youth should integrate the individual developmentwith the nation’s future and let their youth flushes in the cause of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics.
