Analysis Of The Fund Safety And Legal Protection In Mobile Payment

With the development of mobile Internet technology and mobile terminals, mobile payment show an explosive growth. However, while the high growth of the mobile payment business, the problem of security of mobile payment is increasingly serious. At the same time, the current regulatory and legal status are not enough to guarantee the security of mobile payment activities.Based on the analysis fund safety issues of the mobile payment of mobile payment security problems,and the current regulatory of these security issues, this paper tries to draw lessons from foreign experience, in order to perfect our country’s laws and regulations to provide a protect of the fund of mobile payment.Besides epilogue, this text is consists of four parts. The first chapter is "The summary of mobile payment". Firstly, this chapter expounds the concept and characteristics of mobile payment, classification of mobile payment. Then in the third section by analyzing the participants of mobile payment industrial chain, it is concluded that the importance of payment platform operators. briefly explains legal relationship between the payment platform operator with other participants. The second chapter analyzes the fund security problems in mobile payment, first of all, through the analysis of the security features of mobile payment system, concluded risks to fund safety in mobile payment; Then, the paper analyzes the kinds of risks of the mobile payment security issues. The third chapter analyze the problem of existing laws about mobile payment security in our country, concludes that the deficiency of our country’s legal system and regulatory difficulties. On the basis of the analysis in the preceding chapters, the last chapter put forward some suggestions on how to perfect the legal regulation of our county, mainly including the improvement of the attack behavior regulate and the improvement of the supervision and regulation of mobile payment operators.
