Research On China’s Administrative Representative Litigation System

After years of development, Administrative Litigation has made a more fruitful results. With the development of market economy in recent years, group of the administrative conflicts and group events increasing frequently. Administrative Representative Litigation involved number of people, have a big social influence, also related to stable social relations. As a result, legislation and administrative practice should be concerned in administrative procedural law.In this paper, the research methods of theory with practice have been used, Administrative Representative Litigation System to conduct a comprehensive review.The first part analyzes the concept and features of Administrative Representative Litigation, also analyzes the concept, applicable conditions, main types of Administrative Representative Litigation System, defines the meaning of the Administrative Representative Litigation System.The second part analyzes the significance and functions of Administrative Representative Litigation System.
