Legal Thinking On Improving Environmental Protection Inspection And Veriifcation For Listed Companies System

The environmental protection inspection and verification aims to urge the related companies andenterprises strictly to observe and enforce environmental laws, regulations, policies and standards, toImprove the corporate environmental behavior,and to Improve the environmental management system,and to avoid the environmental risk due to violations of the enterprise environment, and no rationalflow of funds from the source control configuration leads to the possibility of adverse environmentalevents generated by enterprises. This is a concrete manifestation of China’s use of environmentaleconomic policy adjustment and regulation of corporate environmental behavior, and it is also animportant measure to promote ecological civilization construction and to improve corporateenvironmental supervisor system in the background of strengthening enterprise environmentsupervision and management.The environmental protection inspection and verification for listed companies system has beencarried out in China for11years from2001to2013. The system has experienced from scratch, fromstart to gradually improve the difficult development process. So far, the research om environmentalprotection inspection and verification for listed companies system is so few that can be counted onone’s fingers.Some listing corporation environmental verification system specific problems oftenbecame even worse due to the lack of theoretical support timely and fully in practice.Thereforesystemic research is very urgent and important.The article study on environmental protection inspection and verification for listed companiessystem from five parts.
