Finally this chapter made some suggestions on improving the systemof internal control through the concept and characteristics of the financing guaranteecompany.Chapter4:Analysis of co-financing guarantee company legal problems with thebank. This chapter summarized the types of foreign guarantee company and financialinstitutions banking cooperation, reviewed the business processes and risks of banksand guarantee companies, analyzed the legal relationship between banks andfinancing guarantee companies, made some suggestions on improving regulatorysystem between banks and financing guarantee companies.
