Reproductive rights is a fundamental human right, is a constitutional right.Due to China’scurrent family planning policies and legal provisions concerning the obligations of familyplanning, In recent years, reproductive rights and not guaranteed under the Constitution, legalsystem, instead the victims of public authority of the State is more serious. Therefore, in thediscussion on reproductive rights guaranteed in our country are very important.The first chapter, reproductive rights meaning. This chapter is divided into three sections.The first section discusses reproductive rights development three stage, reproductive rightsconcept. Section two deals with reproductive rights, reproductive rights is not only afundamental human right, and should also be a constitutional right.
