Study On Multi-resolution Mechanism Of Rural Disputes

Nowadays, rural population in china still remains predominant in population distribution. Furthermore, the supports from countryside are vital to the sustainable development of national economy and the social stability, so under the new policy situation, the development of new rural construction and the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in our country have been a pivotal position in the construction of the current society. Such rural problems occurred in the development of our country have been the sudden eruption mainly as dispute. In addition, the stability would be affected to hinder the development of our rural society, if there are no scientific dispute--settlement mechanism and timely-guidance to these disputes, which relates the stability and the sustainable development of our society. How to properly establish multiple disputes settlement mechanism conformed to the present rural dispute of our country has been a mission to promote the sustainable development of our rural economy and the stability of our overall development.In recent years, the national overall policy mostly devoted to reverse the imbalance in urban-rural development by supporting rural construction. However, in rural areas in the construction of the main problems faced by the grass-root judicial administrative work and the grass-root legal work in the rural construction are how to build an effective reasonable prevention to resolve the grass-root social contradictions and dispute, improving and developing the rural traditional dispute resolution mechanism to assist the economic development and stability of the new socialist countryside.Therefore, based on the analysis of the policy and current situation of the new socialist countryside, and the concept of multiple dispute resolution mechanism, this paper aims to establish a multiple scientific dispute settlement widely in our countryside according to the characteristics of our rural dispute and the present situation of our grass-root judicial construction. The paper mainly consists of four chapters:in chapter1, the rural disputes are mainly introduced, and then analyzes the present situation, the characteristics and the existing dispute settlement mechanism according to the current China’s rural development such as economy, culture, traditions etc. In chapter2, the concepts of multiple dispute settlement mechanism are firstly presented. Furthermore, the establishment necessity and the value orientation of the multiple dispute resolution mechanism in rural areas in China are summarized. In Chapter3, the frame of the construction of the multiple dispute settlement mechanism aimed to China’s rural areas put forward from four aspects and its self-remoudling to the various disputes are discussed in the establishment of the dispute settlement mechanism.; Last chapter, some suggestions about personnel, organization, system, coordination platform are put forward aimed at the supporting measure-safeguard system of the multiple-dispute settlement in rural areas.
