This article will bedivided into four parts:Beginning of the article, the author describes the national statistics to show theseriousness of the current situation and problems of abuse of the elderly, followed it with five cases to reflect the complexity of the issues, and through some of the issuesdiscussed to illustrate the need for research resistance, and thus leads to the topic ofthis article.In the first part of the article is to introduce the concept and the definition ofelder abuse and characteristics of different types and forms of elder abuseconnotation, so that you can do to limit abuse of the elderly connotation anddenotation.In the second part focuses on elder abuse theory and experience worldwideprevention practices.In the practical part of prevention, focusing on elder abuseprevention work of reference and a warning of five countries, namely the UnitedStates, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore.In the third part, the author of the study abroad and China’s actual situation,recognized the consequences of elder abuse occurs reason is the personal factors andexternal social conditions affect each other. Then, from the perspective of the authorand theoretical comparison of ancient and modern, to one interpretation andexplanation of how each of the factors leading to the occurrence of acts of abuse ofthe elderly.In the fourth part, the author based on real analysis and understanding of thereasons above, proposed to establish a national, community, family of integratedcontrol mechanism, which is multi-response mechanisms elderly abuse incidents,including prior prevention and decisions, identify and intervention events,post-processing and remediation.The mechanism of the prevention and rehabilitationsupplemented as the principle,of the reconstruction of filial piety，the formulation oflaws, increasing policy support， improving the level of social security, improvingthe social supervision, creating a mandatory reporting system and the public rightto intervene mechanism as a method, is to achieve full protection of the rights of theelderly，prompt elder abuse prevention work carried out and form a good socialeffect.
